IMPORTANT: Delivery and Pick-up of Exhibition Materials *Delivery of goods will be not accepted by the hotel before Tuesday 15th May. Please arrange delivery between May 15th 18th). Large equipment deliveries need to be approved and organised with Kendall Klingaman prior to delivery. Where possible please provide your own trolley, tools and manpower to transport the goods to the exhibition area. Please note, the venue does NOT have a forklift or car hoists. Arrangements for heavy items will need to be made by exhibitors and confirmed with Kendall/Novotel so they can make arrangements to receive. Additional personnel required to staff the exhibition stand must purchase an exhibitor staff pass at the cost of $495 (inc GST) per person (reduced by $100 since 2016 conference). This price includes attendance to lunch, morning and afternoon tea refreshments daily during the conference. It does not include participation in the conference sessions or training courses. If additional exhibition staff wish to attend the conference sessions or training, they must register as a conference delegate and pay the appropriate registration fee. If you wish to register someone for an Exhibition Staff Pass in addition to the Complimentary Delegate, please purchase an add-on ticket when registering your 1x complimentary registration (via the same link above). Insurance: Exhibitors are financially responsible for any damage incurred to the Novotel Twin Waters Resort during the exhibition. It is advisable for exhibitors to arrange their own insurance cover for loss, property damage and public liability where appropriate. This can be in either word format or a high-resolution PDF. The profile is likely to be printed in black and white, but you may wish to send a colour copy in case a coloured handbook is considered. Please submit this to Kendall Klingaman by 18. 2. If you have not already done so, please supply Kendall Klingaman with your company logo in EPS format and/or High res JPG to be used for inclusion in the conference handbook (no later than 18 ). 3. A4 adverts (required - flyers/brochures/etc.) and any other promotional items (optional - pens, key chains etc.) to be included in the conference handbags need to be delivered separately to your supplies for your booth. Material deliveries must be received between 15 th - 18th May to the address below (mailing label attached). Late delivery of these items may miss inclusion into the satchels 100 copies of print materials required.
