Psychiatry) We have an Approval Plan with YBP YBP, Casalini (Italian and Spanish), Aux Amateur (French), Harrassowitz (German books and European scores), Latin American Book Store, Coutts (rdic) Knight: YBP for selected topics and university presses; Worldwide for art catalogs; Front for scores. Law does not have an approval plan. We have standing orders through YPB for children's book award winners and select reference books. We have a detailed approval profile via YBP for books. If an item cannot be borrowed for $20.00 or less and the item can be purchased for less than $20.00, we have purchased the item. Currently we have not added these purchased ILL's to our collection. Midwest - we also use Baker & Taylor; we plan to add more volume to YBP in the next year, but it's unlikely they'll become the primary vendor at this point We use Amazon for a few titles but because we have not ordered very much the last years, we really do not not have a vendor currently. We restructured our fund codes and can now proceed to set up with YBP. Concordia Comments Children's literature some of the rthwest Center for Children s Literature books are given unique call numbers that are not in OCLC; some books in the collections of the Center for Volga German Studies are re-classified to put them in topic areas rather than geographic call number ranges We cover the book jackets of items juvenile/ya collection; these materials use a different call number scheme as well. Archive materials aren't stamped, striped or labeled, but are placed in an archival covering. We don't security strip books for our Portland Center. Children s books, ESL books (color coded with levels not call numbers) Are scores are pamphlet bound repackaging media, pamphlet binding for scores Historical/special collections.
