THE SYNTH NEEDS TO HAVE A VERY GOOD CELESTE SOUND AS THERE IS NO SPACE FOR A REAL CELESTE ON STAGE. Roundtrip shipment (FedEx or UPS with insurance) of music, costumes, and prop boxes. SPC staff will supply address labels and values of contents. The cost of the shipment, and insurance for these packages, is the responsibility of the local orchestra. Please see stage layout for orchestra set up details. Two wardrobe dressers are needed for: 5 hours steaming and ironing prep each performance starting 1 1/2 hours prior to curtain As of 4/1/11 10

Stage Layout: See the schematic for details especially concerning orchestra set up. 8 10 of down stage space is needed for the Vocalists. No special floor treatments (marley, etc) are needed. An off stage TV monitor in needed SR for off stage vocals There is an optional stage décor that needs a 2 x 6 space up stage center or in the corners for lights and fabric. Cast Needs: Six dressing rooms plus 1 for the conductor are requested. Dressing rooms will be discussed (knowing that some halls do not have large facilities) with tech personnel. Final dressing room assignments will be determined on-site. Depending on the location of dressing rooms, a quick change booth on stage may be needed stage right. It will need a clothes rack, mirror, music stand for jewelry, running lights. An iron, ironing board, and steamer are needed at all venues. Two wardrobe people are needed to prep the show (iron & steaming) for a 5 hour call. The concert requires 1 to 2 wardrobe staff as run crew and the call is 11/2 hours prior to curtain. A minimum of fourteen 1 liter bottles of water are needed for each rehearsal and performance. Towels are always appreciated. Off stage TV monitor or an unobstructed view of the Conductor is needed on Stage right for off stage vocals. As of 4/1/11 11

Also need six (6) head set microphones (colors detailed below), with windscreens, and one (1) lav to be worn on shirt (black) to plug into the above mentioned body packs (Countryman E6 medium or low sensitivity/dpa 4066, 4088/Sennheiser HSP4, etc.) 1. SOUND REQUIREMENTS continued Orchestra monitors: USE MONITORS AS PER YOUR STANDARD POPS SET UP Orchestra mics: USE MICS AS PER YOUR STANDARD POPS SET UP batteries need to be supplied by orchestra and must be replaced prior to every rehearsal and performance, including 9 volt batteries for the in-ear monitor equipment supplied by SPC.
