What is Classical Feng Shui? 4 It is important to distinguish Classical Feng Shui from New Age Feng Shui. Classical Feng Shui is based on the theories and principles of ancient texts. The term classical does not mean old fashioned. Classical Feng Shui refers to the use of classical Feng Shui theories, which have proven themselves with time; the importance is to adapt the theories to modern situations. Module Three: BaZi Chinese Astrology 11 Chinese Astrology also known as Ba Zi, Eight Characters or Four Pillars is a sophisticated system of personality, character, health and life event analysis that takes into account time. While Feng Shui involves the environment and buildings, Ba Zi is about people. The methodology of BaZi enables us to learn fully about ourselves and others; our strengths, our virtues, our limitations and the key events covering our life. While most Westerners have some familiarity with Feng Shui, few are aware of Ba Zi and the extent of its use as a personal life or human resource management tool. Ba Zi is an extremely valuable and functional tool that has been used for centuries by the wealthy and elite of Asia to gain advantage control and empower their lives. It is only in the last 30 years that the depth of this information has been made public and available to the Western world. It involves much more than the typical animal sign predictions.
