1 Review Studii şi cercetări de onomastică şi lexicologie (SCOL) / Studies and Research Work in Onomastics and Lexicology ISSN: Subject: Linguistics Journal Type of the publication: scientific/ academic scol.craiova@gmail.com General Description Studii şi cercetări de onomastică şi lexicologie (SCOL)/ Studies and Research Work in Onomastics and Lexicology is a yearly review, which has appeared since It contains a selection of articles and book reviews and presentations which reflect the activity of linguistic research in the domains of onomastics and lexicology, including the area of terminology. Under the heading Academica we present various scientific conferences. Authorship implies the following: a) Article conceiving and writing; b) Assuming responsibility in point of the article scientific content and layout; c) Acceptance of in orb Peer Review article evaluation; d) Final form agreement in case text adjustments are proposed by the reviewers. Paper Presentation The paper to be published in SCOL cannot be sent to another review for publication entirely or partially. The papers previously

2 appeared in other Romanian or foreign reviews shall not be published in SCOL. It is compulsory that the article should be written both in Romanian and in a foreign language (English or French). Both versions will be evaluated by the reviewers. The abstract and key words will also be written both in Romanian and in a foreign language. The text of the article will be sent by . Article evaluation will be performed by two reviewers within 30 days after receiving the article. The editors will announce the result of the evaluation to the authors: a) Accepted article; b) Accepted article with adjustments; c) Rejected article. The criteria to be considered by the reviewers: 1) topic of interest; 2) in-depth analysis of scientific ideas; 3) content originality; 4) complying with the review profile; 5) title adequacy;

3 6) updated bibliography (the sources indicated in the text and footnotes are to be found in the bibliography).
