SCE has only one comment that clarifies the timing of construction referenced in the Proposed Decision. SCE submitted its PTC Application in November 2012 and, at that time, expected to commence construction in January Accordingly, the Proposed Decision indicates that SCE plans to begin construction in January 2014, with an operating date of summer However, due to the timing of the PTC approval, SCE now plans to begin construction by summer 2014 and anticipates that construction of the Project would take approximately four to six months
