7 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS DO I REQUIRE TRAVEL INSURANCE? This is not required by Cruiseco or by Celebrity Cruises however we would not recommend any passenger travel without comprehensive travel insurance. There is a qualified doctor aboard Celebrity Eclipse as well as a hospital facility. The medical centre charges for visits and services. WHAT FACILITIES ARE IN CABINS? All cabins aboard Celebrity Eclipse have double or twin beds, private bathrooms and toilets, safe, TV, direct dial phone, individually controlled air conditioning, hair dryer, shaver outlet and ample wardrobe space. Toiletries, bathrobes, 24 hour cabin service are also included. Suites offer additional facilities and services as described on page 4. WHAT IS DRESS CODE ABOARD SHIP? Celebrity Eclipse adopts a resort casual dress code. Formal wear is not required. Please note, however that Celebrity Eclipse is a luxury ship and a normal code of not wearing swimwear, shorts, collarless shirts etc is adopted during the evening. Cocktail dresses for the ladies and a blazer or jacket for the gentlemen are the most that would be required for evenings. IS SHIP AIR-CONDITIONED? All indoor areas of Celebrity Eclipse are air conditioned and all cabins have individual controls. WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ON BOARD? The currency on board is US Dollars. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Travellers Cheques and cash may be used to settle your on board purchases. Celebrity Eclipse is a cashless ship. This means that a swipe of your credit card is taken on embarkation and all charges aboard are signed for during the cruise and settled before disembarkation. IS TIPPING INCLUDED? Gratuities to dining room and cabin staff are included in your cruise fare. A gratuity is added to bar purchases automatically when you sign the bill. ARE ANY DRINKS INCLUDED? Drinks are an additional charge and will be charged to your shipboard account. WHEN WILL SHORE EXCUIONS BE AVAILABLE TO BOOK? You will be able to prebook shore excursions online using your Celebrity Cruises booking number. Booking numbers will be provided to all guests approximately 2 months prior to departure. Shore excursions are at an additional cost and can be prepaid or are charged to your shipboard account. HOW MANY FORMAL NIGHTS TAKE PLACE? There will be one formal night on this cruise. IS RE INTERNET ABOARD? There is an internet station aboard and wi-fi hotspots around the ship. Internet usage is charged to your shipboard account and competitive time based packages are available for purchase. WHAT LAUNDRY FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE ON BOARD? Celebrity Eclipse offers full laundry and dry cleaning services that are charged to your shipboard account. CAN I SMOKE ABOARD? Smoking is not allowed indoors throughout the vessel. Passengers may smoke in nominated external areas being careful not to discard smoking materials overboard. CAN YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS? We are delighted to make every effort to accommodate special dietary requirements. Please indicate at the time of booking any special requirements that you may have so we can confirm our ability to assist. WILL MY MOBILE PHONE WORK ABOARD OR IN PORTS? This will depend on the area that we are sailing and the service provider that you use. It is possible that there will be some blank spots although Celebrity Eclipse has sophisticated satellite contacts. Please note that using your mobile aboard when at sea can be expensive compared with using it ashore in port. Please check with your mobile service provider regarding global roaming coverage and costs. WHAT VISA WILL I NEED? Please check with your Cruiseco Travel Agent for information on any visas that may be required for this cruise. WILL ADDITIONAL PRE AND POST TOU BE OFFERED? No, Cruiseco will not be offering pre or post tours, accommodation, transfers to and from ports, or flights. Please speak to your Cruiseco Travel Agent to discuss these options. CAN I EARN CAPTAIN CLUB MEMBER POINTS? Yes, please ensure you enter your Captain Club Membership number when completing your online check in.

8 BOOKING CONDITIONS YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION Your contract is with Cruiseco Ltd. We provide full financial protection for our holidays. For flight-based holidays this is through our Air Travel Organisers License Number (1001). When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. When you buy a package holiday that doesn t include a flight, such as the holiday promoted in this brochure, protection is provided by way of a bond by ABTA. We are a Member of ABTA, membership number (P640/Y010) We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA s Code of Conduct. We can also offer you an arbitration scheme for the resolution of disputes arising out of this contract. The scheme is arranged by ABTA and administered independently. It is a simple and inexpensive method of arbitration on documents alone with restricted liability on you for costs. The upper limit on claims is 5,000 per person and 25,000 per booking form. The scheme doesn t apply to claims which are solely in respect of physical injury or illness or their consequences. It can however deal with claims which include an element of minor injury or illness subject to a limit of 1,500 on the amount the arbitrator can award per person in respect of this element. Your request for arbitration must be received by ABTA within eighteen months of the date of return from holiday. For injury and illness claims, you can request the ABTA Mediation Procedure and we have the option to agree to mediation. Further information on the Code and ABTA s assistance in resolving disputes can be found on RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS Bookings for this exclusive cruise holiday must be made with a Cruiseco Member Travel Agent. On confirmation of your booking, a written confirmation will be sent to your Cruiseco travel agent. An option will be given for days. Before the option expires it will be necessary for you to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the holiday cost. This deposit secures your holiday as requested. Failure to pay the deposit by the option due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. Final payment is due and payable no later than 20th February If your booking is made later than this, full payment will be due immediately. FARES The fares quoted in this brochure are shown in British Pounds and are based on a twin sharing basis, unless specified as a single cabin category. All rates are subject to change with or without notice. Launch fares offer a discount from the normal tariff to encourage early booking. Launch fares will be removed when the ship reaches a certain occupancy. We guarantee that Launch Fares will not be removed before th November,2014. No notice will be given of fare increase so we recommend strongly that you book as early as possible. WHAT S NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR HOLIDAY COST Flights, transfers, Passport and visa fees, insurances of all kinds, laundry, phone calls, beverages, specialty restaurants, additional accommodation made necessary by transport schedules and items of a personal nature are not included in the holiday costs advertised in this brochure. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION Travel documents will be sent to you approximately 14 days prior to departure from the UK (providing full payment has been received). If you are departing the UK earlier, please ask your Cruiseco Travel Agent to request your travel documents in good time. TRAVEL INSURANCE We recommend that you obtain Travel insurance before paying a deposit. Failure to obtain travel insurance will not waive any cancellation fees in the event that you need to cancel your trip. CANCELLATION COSTS In the unfortunate event that you should have to cancel your holiday, we must be notified in writing. The day that we receive this notice in writing, will be considered the date that your cancellation has been made. Certain cancellation fees apply to your holiday if cancelled after a deposit or final payment has been made. Once deposit paid 50% of holiday cost is forfeit Once final payment is made 100% of holiday cost is forfeit BOOKING CHANGES A fee of 25 per person will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increases the value of the booking. A change of name is not considered a Booking Change. This will be considered as a cancellation and new booking.
