5 THE NAVE ORGAN was built in 1905 by James Jepson Binns for Heckmondwike Upper Independent Chapel. In 1992 Wood of Huddersfield rebuilt it for Southwell Minster, installing it in the first four bays of the South Nave Triforium, incorporating the Tuba from the 1934 Hill Norman & Beard organ. The 1992 console is mobile and fitted with a multiplex transmission.
