3 Q1. How to connection cable with TV BOX? Please see the below connection cable chart. If want to change PC to TV you need to connect with VGA cable. If watch TV only need to connect monitor. 3

4 Q2. Why can not watch TV channels only to appear blue background? Please scan TV channels, first to use the TV Box. Scan channels of usage: LED (glitter). LED of light is open state, please press the power" button on the remote control. Step1 press menu"button on the remote control. Step2 into menu"and then press the P-"button on the remote control to TV Tuning". 4

8 Q6. Why TV channels not appear on screen, when setup resolution at 1440 x x 1050 or 1920x1200? First of all, please check that monitor specification support for kind resolution. Because some monitor not support resolution up to 1440 x x1050 or 1920x1200, and can not show video on the monitor. Press the F"button on the remote control to 3~5 second can be watch TV. Q7. How can I solve TV channels noise? 1. Please check that TV cable whether to splitter. If have please try to connect original cable and check that signal whether fine. 2. Please check head of cable whether slack. 3. Internet and CATV difference between impedance, one is 50Ω and 75Ω, please use that 75Ω cable. Q8. Why my computer display blurred, when connect to TV Box? 1. Do you have connect DVI to VGA port, If have please take out it. 2. Do you have connect VGA extension cable, If have please take out it. 3. Do you have connect KVM switch", If have please take out it. Q9. Why the PIP Function can not work? 1. Please refer to Q1 and make sure the connection is correct. 2. Please check "Screen resolution". That TV Box 1920ex only supports maximum of 1440x900 screen resolution at PIP function. Please try to reduce screen resolution and screen refresh rate. 8
