Product introduction Dear customer Thanks for your purchasing our company's product The product is used for dental X-ray films to be converted into images to the computer input or any TV/Monitor display To enhancecommunication with patients, or with the insurance company to improve office efficiency Standard Set Includes: X-ray reader 1 USB cable 1 Video cable 1 Software CD 1 Features of X-ray reader X-rays must be dry dual-use Can be designed to enlarge the x-ray film 50 times of images. It can be transmitted images into pc directly via USB cable and then the images will transfer to digital immediately

6 Using of EasyScan 1. Install grubshow110 driver from the CD following installation instructions. Restart computer when prompted. Important note: EasyScan must be disconnected from the computer during driver installation. 2. Connect your EasyScan to 12V DC power supply, computer, monitor (optional) and Intraoral camera (optional) as shown on the sketch on page 5. "USB 2820 Video" device will be found by computer. 3. Install picture viewing software includes to CD. 4. Run viewing software and choose twain device "USB 2820 video" 5. Turn on power switch on the back panel of device. Blue LED will light on. 6. Turn input selector (6 on page 4) to INT mode. 7. Open the tray and put the dry x-ray film into tray window. 8. Close the tray. Picture of the film will appear on the screen. Now you may view it, capture and save, edit (resize, rotate, change brightness and contrast etc.) send it by For using EasyScan as Intraoral camera digitizer just turn input selector to OUT mode. Picture from Intraoral camera will appear on the screen and you will operate with it same as x-ray picture.

7 3. Solution of simple corrections You can operate according to method of hereinafter when the product does not work you can contact with distributor or our company when you cannot solve it. Problem Solution method Device is turned on and the host no display Computer has no image The image is slightly fuzzy Check the power supply socket connection. Check driver installation and driver properties. For driver installation repairing follow these instructions: 1. Disconnect EasyScan from computer USB plug. 2. Run Grubshow110 setup. 3. Choose "Remove" option from the menu (don't use "Modify" or "Repair" options). 4. Uninstall driver completely. 5. Install this driver again and restart computer when prompted. 6. Connect EasyScan back to computer. It has to be found by Windows. It is normal phenomenon of heating itself if you use it for the first time

8 4 The picture of computer/tv has stain 1) Check the surface of monitor cleanness. 2) Check the surface of tray cleanness. You can wipe off the dust by clean cotton swab. 3) Please contact us if you cannot solve it by above methods. 4. Product Don't let sharp metal or liquid into or touch signal tie-in in order to protect it. Cut off power supply if you don't use it for a long time. Don't discompose or dismantle any part of the product lest destroy product Don't compress it. Surrounding environment Keep the product in dry and ventilated place. Don't put the product in super-cooling, super-hot, super-damp, direct-irradiation, dusty place.
