2 About Brian the Pekingese Brian the Pekingese was inspired by our family dog Brian. He was a fun-loving, adventurous little Pekingese who loved all kids, big and small. We created the Brian the Pekingese brand with the belief that the clothing children wear should not be immersed in chemicals. It should be made locally. And that it should be easy to recycle when they grow out of it. The Brian the Pekingese brand story is centered on the bond between parent and child during tuck-in and story reading at bedtime. Current products include pajamas and onesies made from 100% organic cotton. We wash the fabric prior to cut and sew to ensure no shrinkage and extra softness. We do not use any flame-retardant chemicals. All of our sleepwear is made in the USA. To help conserve the earth in our children s future, we created Brian the Pekingese Cares. When the child has outgrown the garment, the consumer can return the used garment to us, postage paid, and we ll recycle the cotton. To go with the sleepwear we have a Brian the Pekingese plush toy to cuddle with and a bedtime storybook. Other products in development include slippers, robes, backpacks, hooded blankets, finger puppets and more. All Brian the Pekingese products are designed and manufactured by Bentley Brands, not a licensee. These products adhere to strict quality control and brand style guidelines to ensure that Brian the Pekingese endures as a premium brand. But most of all, each product is designed and manufactured with the same unconditional love that Brian the Pekingese had for all children.
