Jesus meets our deepest needs and answers our deepest questions. You have a collection of stories You ve identified the questions/needs You ve connected to Bible truths Now How do you ensure that they ll listen when you talk?

29 Bible Answers Transfortainment Big Questions Stories leads us back to our word if the truth is all that matters why all the fuss. We should just read doctrine. Why did Jesus go out of his way with stories? Why did Paul bother with learning foreign cultures? Why are teachers so creative with their teaching? in order to hold their attention with the purpose of transformation reality is we may be speaking to hostile audiences the best approach in this case is to merely entertain not about winning an argument but about winning a person

Eliminate useless details memory has a limit you constantly have to be memorizing and you might still forget your time is valuable. Must memorize write down facts that are important quotes important point you want to make. Shy storytellers can come across as uninterested, aloof how can one convey warmth as a story teller Excitement show that this is interesting to you.

36 Timing Every story has a release Kids will only listen until Give Spiritual Connection when they are listening Timing of Spiritual Connection Every story has a release, builds to climax, a question, the tension. use this to your advantage, Kids will only listen until the climax is reached, the tension is released. then they stop listening. Make Spiritual Connection when they are listening Beginning, Middle, or right before climax not the end. If you must do it at the end, make sure you ve set it up in the beginning.
