41 Rental Terms and Conditions *Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery No Minimum rental. Local delivery charge is $85.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of $85.00, one-way from Mosaik located 7378 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles CA to the destination. Delivery is to the door at the street level, unless arranged and paid in advance. (Additional fee will be charged for steps). Delivery and Pick Up outside of local area, please call for quote. Reservation Deposits: A Reservation Deposit is required to hold your Prop rental for the specified date. Once we have received your signed Rental Contract and Reservation Deposit, we will notify you by mail confirming your Prop Rental for the specified date. Your Reservation Deposit is applied to your total Rental Fee. If you need to cancel your original Reservation Date your Reservation Deposit will be forfeited. THE NET BALANCE IS DUE TWO WEEKS PRIOR RENTAL. Rental Fees And Security Deposits: If you choose to pay on the Rental Date, CASH PAYMENT is required for Rental Fees and Security Deposits. If you elect to pay the Rental Fees and Security Deposits by check, you may do so by mailing in your payment 2 1/2 weeks prior to your Rental Date. Your Security Deposit will be returned to you the same day the Props are returned by renter, or picked up by our representatives unless the Props are damaged or not returned on time. If Props are damaged, a portion, or all of your deposit may be withheld for replacement of the damaged Props. If this is the case a written breakdown of charges will be mailed to you within 5 days of the withholding date. If the Props are not returned within 3 days of the scheduled return date, the full Security Deposit will be forfeited, and renter may be liable for additional incurred replacement costs. Reservation Deposits: A Reservation Deposit is required to hold your Prop rental for the specified date. Once we have received your signed Rental Contract and Reservation Deposit, we will notify you by mail confirming your Prop Rental for the specified date. Your Reservation Deposit is applied to your total Rental Fee. If you need to cancel your original Reservation Date your Reservation Deposit will be forfeited. Renters Picking Up & Returning Props: Props may be picked up the day before the Rental Date between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Props must be returned the day after the Rental Date between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 12:00 A.M. If the Props are not returned by 12:00 A.M. the regular per day Rental Fee will apply and will accumulate for each day the Props are late. This amount will be deducted from your Rental Security Deposit. Renters Having Props Delivered & Picked Up: A Delivery Fee will be charged over and above the Rental Fee. It is very important to have someone present at the location for delivery and pickup, as signatures are required. If there are special circumstances the do not allow the Props to be delivered and/or picked up according to the above schedule, contact us for special arrangements. Please call our office at (323) for the cost of your delivery. Fees are determined by location.

42 CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS Items shall be returned to Mosaik in good condition, wear from reasonable and proper use expected. All the Flatware, Glassware, and Serving items must be returned free of food (wiped clean) and dry and placed back in their original boxes. There will be additional charges for cleaning. If Customer uses candle in any of the rentals items, items must be returned free of any wax. If items returned to Mosaik are not clean, Customer will cover costs of cleaning that will be necessary. Any Clothing, Furniture or Rugs must be returned dry and clean, Customer will cover costs of professional cleaning that will be necessary. Customer is responsible for breaking and/or loss of any item. Customer is responsible for the cost of replacement of item returned torn, burnt or cut. Customer is responsible for damage to items due to abuse, misuse, or negligence. Customer agree to cover the cost of damage over and above normal wear and tear, howsoever caused, to replace items damaged beyond repair and to cover costs if professional cleaning has been necessary. Customer is responsible for loss or damage to items from theft, mysterious disappearance, fire or any other cause. In accepting liability for the safe keeping of all rented items, Customer agrees to pay Mosaik the replacement cost (as determined by Mosaik s current catalog list price) of any such items which Customer is for any reason unable to return to Mosaik at the end of the rental period. Rental charges will continue beyond the specified rental term, at the daily rental charge, until items are returned to Mosaik or Customer reimburses Mosaik for the replacement cost of the items. The Customer undertakes to keep all the rented items in the order and condition in which they were accepted and to return them to the Company in the same order and condition, save for reasonable wear and tear. Mosaik uses great care to maintain all of its items in good order. However, Mosaik gives no warranty neither expressed nor implied of merchantability or fitness as to condition, quality or as to any other matter, of any items which rented. Mosaik shall not be responsible for damages or personal injuries which occur while the items are in the Customer s possession since Mosaik has no control over how Customer will use or maintain the items. ACCEPTANCE OF ITEMS The Customer shall inspect each items delivered pursuant to this Rental Agreement. Customer acknowledges that he/she has inspected the items prior to taking possession thereof, and has found it in good condition or will inspect it immediately on taking possession and will inform Mosaik if it is not in good condition. If the Customer fails to inform Mosaik in writing within 2 (Two) hours after the delivery of the items, the Customer will be conclusively presumed to have accepted the items as specified in the Items Schedule. Any subsequent claim that the items was not provided in fully functional order will not be considered. The Customer or his appointed agent shall be present when the goods are returned to Mosaik and inspected by Mosaik or their appointed agent will determine normal wear and tear. All determinations made by the Mosaik are final. LIABILTY Customer accepts the items "as is" and will save and hold Mosaik harmless from any and all damages or injuries sustained by any person or entity while the items is in possession or control of Customer. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face of this document. Customer shall be fully responsible for all rental charges and other charges from hereunder, even if he/she directs that all or any portion of said charges be billed to another person or entity. Customer agrees to operate the items only in the matter for which it is intended. Customer shall return the items to Mosaik promptly and will cooperate with Mosaik in making the items available for pick up at the same place it was delivered. Customer shall pay Mosaik upon demand for all the items lost or damaged. Rental fee does NOT include setup or take down. Mosaik offers setup upon request for an additional fee. Our tents are set up by Mosaik team only or event planners or movie industry who have qualified person to set them up.

43 Any changes or cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to delivery. Deposit is non-refundable. FF Diffusion, DBA Mosaik, and the Customer identified on the above hereof, hereby agree and acknowledge as follows. This is a contract of RENTING only, and not of sale. The undersigned CUSTOMER / RENTER agree that he / she have rented the item(s) herein described upon the express condition that it will at all times remain the property Mosaik. I, acknowledge and certify, with my signature below, that I have had sufficient opportunity to thoroughly read this document, that I understand its content, and agree to be bound by its terms.
