4 Introduction of Adhesive LED Display The major advantage of our display screen is its light weight, thinness, high permeation ratio and it is easy to install. Glimm Adhesive LED Displays, we devote to meeting the global needs of LED Adhesive LED Displays. Adopting our specially designed bare chip (with no encapsulation), we install components on PCB board with high transparent rate. Through specially designed solid glue, the whole display unit is integrated into an optical lens base board, with a minimum thickness of less than1mm.

5 Seven Advantages of TIEGE Adhesive LED Displays Without the limit of size Window film, a single film module has a standardized length of 1 meter or 2 meters, the maximum length reaches 4 meters. According to the size of the glass, it can be cut into required length(e.g.,1.9m). Strong heat dissipation Stealth appearance Strong heat dissipation, improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency, reduces the failure rate of display, guarantees longer service life and decreases maintenance costs. Light emitting chip uses the micron-grade light source, protected by transparent, high temperature resistant and anti-static waterproof membrane. LED lights and drive IC is invisible from the appearance. Besides, no body structure and mask were installed. Safe and convenient The base board adopts optical lens, and the solid glue is specially designed, which guarantee the fireproof and uv-protective functions of LED screen. High permeation ratio The lighting source mounted on the glass has a permeation ratio of 86%, without affecting daily lighting. Wide view The overall horizon is degrees, no dead angle and unbiased color when watching. The images are always seamless. Saving cost Do not need steel structure, do not need to change the appearance of the building, effectively reducing the transportation and installation costs.

One single control box can hold more than one small sized adapter plates, we will arrange control box with suitable size according to the height of the screen.

14 Adhesive LED Display Installation Safe and convenient, just 1/40 of the traditional screen size, 1/60 of the traditional weight, do not need steel structure, do not need to change the appearance of buildings. What you have to do is just tearing open the centrifugal film on the glass.

15 Procedures for Adhesive LED Display Installation 1.Before formal installation, preliminary inspection of related tools and goods: unit module, the control bar, external power supply and network cable; 2.The glass should be clean before installation, pay attention to the surrounding environment; 3.Lay the display module flat and the signal connector should be connected; 4.Tear open the centrifugal membrane (there is a FRONT sign on the centrifugal membrane ); 5. Choose accurate installation location (big curtain wall installation should use calibration fixture), pay attention to the direction of the joint. There are directions to install power control boxes, the glass should be ensured to keep all signal connectors and electric boxes in the same direction; 6. Install signal power supply (if the extended one is needed, to install another signal power supply back-to-back), to ensure that the signal connectors on the screen can be connected to the electric box; 7. Connect the module and control box, according to the text alignment on the control bar, recheck and supply power electricity, and connect the external signal; 8. 17 Introduction of other interesting LED screens Folding screen is another new type LED display developed by our company, as the name implies, it is a screen which can 折叠屏是我公司研发的, 另一款 be folded. Three pieces of screen is a 新型 LED 显示屏, 如其名 可折叠式 group, every two groups, three groups or 显示屏 four groups can be folded into a matched flight case, which is convenient in transportation.

It is a quarter the size of traditional LED screen, saving more space in transportation and storage. Adopting standardized flight case, it is convenient in transportation. Our company independently researched and developed ultra-thin wireless integrated sound box. We adopt super-light and ultra-thin die-casting aluminum body, the thickness of all the machine panel is only 27 mm; transportation and installation process is greatly simplified. Through mobile phone APP independently developed by our own company, we realized the remote broadcasting and control of folding screen anywhere any time. IP65 material used in folding screen is waterproof and crash-proof, which has a very good protection to the screen and is convenient in daily cleaning.
