Very easy to configure, less expensive than Slingbox. After 7 months of use no problems at all. It can be accessed from PC, laptop, Android tablets and ipad. Pay once for the device, no fees for the service for lifetime. I highly recommend it if you want to watch your television from anywhere in the world as though you were sited in front of it. Premium - Mobile Television Anywhere (Product and Service Have Been Discontinued by Manufacturer). Piece of garbage as well as Belkins customer support. Can't get the router to work. Been over a month. Called Belkin support for help, thinking two birds with one stone, either my Linksys router or Belk in TV is the problem. Belkin refused to help me resolve the problem even though the Belkin TV is still supported unless I bought a brand new router from them. When I said no, they hung up. Poor customer support. There was a problem filtering reviews right now. Please try again later. Documentation is lousy (actually just hard to find) but the unit seems to work. Installed the hardware on my Uverse box in about 5 minutes. Very simple. Software took an hour. Per the 1 line instruction went to the Belkin web site, located the 'software for a PC' and tried to download it. The link wouldn't work. Called Belkin and after taking a lot of information from me (name, phone number, address), the customer service rep said she could not help me but I should do the IM thing on their web site and THAT person would give me a link. I did this, got the link to the right software and loaded it. That software found thing quickly but told me we need a 'firmware update'. I said ok. That update failed. I unplugged and plugged to restart it and after about 10 minutes it started working. Link to the PC software (also Mac and other stuff). My wife's family has it hooked up in their guest room so she can watch her programs from anywhere. The device itself is simple to operate and works great but there are some issues that you have to be aware of. 1.) It has to be installed somewhere that other people will not be using the TV or they will control it. 2.) If someone accidently disconnects the TV, turns off or unplugs it you have to call and have the person at the device to fix it. 3.) The reliability, speed of response and "noise" depends on both the internet connection where it is and where you are. 4.) My wife cannot get the app to work on her new smartphone after the last OS update but it works on previous OS's. 5.) Only one person can connect remotely at a time even though in the house where it is installed 8 can. For my wife it was the near perfect solution and we have bought two for family members. For other people it maybe not so much what they are looking for. Good value - NOT - Discontinued support from Belkin that is required for it to function. This was an OK product but I cannot connect to it from my ipad using the app. I also noticed that the app has been removed from the App Store. Works great, better price than SlingBox, includes WiFi and Ethernet connections, supports Composite and Component Video inputs. Very satisfied. AT&T IS FUCKING AWFUL-STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! You may not really be able to notice in the world of TV, but AT&T U-verse uses both fiber and fiber-and-coaxial hybrid connections. Simply put, it's more reliable and should leave your viewing experience relatively glitch-free, so you'll be able to tell exactly how many cherry tomatoes the Chopped chefs used in their dishes.
