10 Gels & Gobos We have a decent Stock of Roscolux gels, and a limited supply of Lee Filters. Both brands are relatively easy to get from our suppliers. Rosco 3000/4000 series, Gamcolor, Apollo and newer colors generally have to be shipped from out of town If you choose color or gobos after the plot is turned in, you may have to choose from our in house stock. Light Plots: General Preferences: Please submit at least 2 copies of plot and all paperwork. If paperwork is in Lightwright, please include a disk or send the file to us. Please submit your plot in ½ =1-0 Scale. Please include a Key with Symbols of all instruments used. Please include Pipe Positions (hanging schedule) as well as trim heights for all electrics. Trim heights are measured to the top of the battens unless noted otherwise. Tech Tables: Consoles are able to be set up on the tech tables for each theater; it is a standard practice here at the playhouse to not only facilitate better communication to the board operator but to also provide more thorough training. If not requested earlier, it will be assumed that operator and console will move to the booth for Preview performance (generally Thursday). Console will be moved no later than 3:00
