TheaterWorks The 2018-19 season marks the 33 rd season of TheaterWorks, a non-profit theater that produces full seasons of theater (MasterWorks), youth theater (YouthWorks), puppet theater (PuppetWorks), adaptive programming (AdaptiveWorks), educational programming, workshops, and youth performance troupes (Kids Alive!, SummerWorks and YouthWorks Academy) Drawing more than 25,500 patrons to its programming last season, Theater Works expansion of artistic offerings has engaged more audiences than ever before, drawing them to the West Valley As the managing tenant of the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts, Theater Works helps to provide a diverse range of nearly 200 performances by groups based in our community and touring to it in addition to the nearly 200 TheaterWorks events Programming ranges from nationally-known musicians and comedians, through regionally significant culturally-specific theater and dance troupes, to locally-based community events At A Glance 25,500 Annual TheaterWorks attendance (FY18) 9,000 Youth Benefit from Theater Works programming Arts Sector At A Glance $23 million industry in the West Valley $98 million in spending by arts audiences in the West Valley region
