Fee: $350 Large room (and permission to make noise) 20-50 armless chairs Udu Drum Circle Preferred size: 5-25 participants Fee: $500 5-25 Participants carpets medium size room with low to medium-height ceilings and open floor space (Udu drums played while seated on floor.) The Udu is a percussive instrument based on the Nigerian clay vessel played by Ibo women for ceremonial purposes. The Udu never gets too loud and therefore is especially adaptive to healing environments or public spaces in which drumming volumes need to be kept down. The Udu is especially good for working with autistic clients. Because the Udu is fragile additional transportation costs apply. All workshops can substitute Udu Drums for Djembes.
