Tech Specifications and Tech Check Times Tech checks are brief and are scheduled based on the day your session is. Friday sessions Tech Check Time: Thursday 10am - 12pm Saturday sessions Tech Check Time: Thursday 12pm - 2pm Sunday sessions Tech Check Time: Thursday 2pm - 4pm Keynote or Power Point Media Requirements: Please set to 1920 x 1080. Single images to slideshow should also be formatted to 1920 x 1080 72dpi. Movies: It is preferred we are given Apple ProRes or.h264 codec in.mov file format at 1920 x 1080 for use on our PlayBack Pro. All screens and plasmas are format 16:9. It is preferred that use your own computer but you can choose to use our show computer which is a MacBook Pro Laptop. We ask you to also carry a back up with you of all your media and your presentation on a thumb drive or external drive. Your media plans are to be given to us on or before 11/12/2016 11:59 PST When transferring media to us either Hightail or WeTransfer and send to media@ctnexpo.com Or you can bring your media with you to your Tech Check session. Sending Media: o Your media is to be given to us on or before Wednesday 11/13/2016 11:59 PST. o If files are under 25mg send via email to media@ctnexpo.com. o If files are under 2gyg you can send via https://www.wetransfer.com/ and put media@ctnexpo.com as the email. o If you live in the Los Angeles area you can drop off a disc or drive at CTN's Center Stage Gallery at 847 Hollywood Way #100, Burbank, CA 91505 anytime Tuesday - Sunday noon - 8:00pm. o Mail disc or drive to CTN's office at Creative Talent Network, 3500 W. Olive Ave. #300, Burbank CA 91505. Please request information for larger files. NOTE: CTN prefers that the media be delivered to us on or before Nov 13th. If possible please bring a hard drive with you as a back up to tech check and the media can be copied to the CTN show laptop at that time but we prefer to have it prior.
