ACTIVITIES 2018 Conducted a monthlong Junior Project (titled Ars Musicae: Exploring Music Through Live Performance and Academia ) during the month of January. In lieu of regular academic classes, interned at the nearby Curtis Institute of Music; prepared an extensive selection of classical violin repertoire; composed a solo piano piece (titled Crisis: One Side ) in response to the violent events at Charlottesville in August 2017; audited classes at Curtis pertinent to the composition of the piece; and performed the violin repertoire along with the piano piece at a full-length fundraiser concert at the end of the month for The Carter Center and The Center for Community Change.
