Please have your original music ready for e adjudicator. This should be open to e composition you are performing and clearly marked wi your name. You can mark e spot in e book wi e Class Admission Form. Please give is to e adjudicator or secretary when your class is called, and pick it up directly after your class has been adjudicated. 3. The times scheduled in e programme are approximate. You should plan to be ready to play at lea 10 minutes before your scheduled time - and to ay for at lea one hour after e time scheduled for your class. In addition it is excellent experience to attend as many of e adjudicated classes as possible. Make a day of it. 4. Please enter and exit e performance venue quietly between performances. Please do not enter or exit while a udent is performing, or while e adjudicator is giving comments. As ere is no admission fee ere will not always be someone at e door. Please quietly close e door behind you. 5. Only videotaping, recording or photographing of your own family members is permitted. If you wish to record oer performers you will need permission from eir parents. Adjudicators never permit e recording of eir critique. 6. Please set cell phones on an inaudible ring - and hold conversations outside of e performance venue. 7. Adjudicators decide e awards for each division at e end of eir session. These results will be emailed to teachers wiin 24 hours of e close of each division session.
