He owned Century Records, a company that recorded a variety of local musical groups, from 1962 to 1973. Content Description The collection contains records and reel-to-reel audio tapes of performances of many high school and university bands, choral groups and orchestras, churches, and community performances from Montana and Wyoming. The collection includes both reel-to-reel tapes and long-playing records. There are many recordings of Montana s All-State band, choir, and orchestra, as well as All-Northwest musical groups and musical groups from individual schools and districts. The collection also contains recordings from Shriner's bands, community choirs, and many church choirs from the Billings area. Use of the Collection Restrictions on Use Researchers are responsible for using in accordance with 17 U.S.C. and any other applicable statutes. Copyright not transferred to The University of Montana.
