Bay and East County Chapter. Also there is a good opportunity to establish a local Young Professional Musicians Network group. To establish new chapters, the steps outlined in the newly approved State Bylaws must be followed. The application letter must express viable rationale for the formation of a new chapter. The State VP of Districts & Chapters will consult with District Director (which for District 1 is me) to confirm the viability, make the decision on chapter approval. Following approval, the new chapter leadership submits an application to MTNA. I myself and our Board are looking forward to working in collaboration and partnership with all.
