Pnon screw connecton dagram: Please note that when the rotatng angle s to be set for less than 90, the left stop wll generally be completely turned n. The left end poston therefore has a screw connecton dagram whch has been rotated by 90 n clockwse drecton n relaton to the drawng, whch s shown at a 180 angle of rotaton. Specal swvel angle: More swvel angles are avalable on request. Torque n the end postons: Please note that the fnal angular degrees (approx. 2 ) before the end poston can only be approached usng the force of a sngle drve pston. For ths reason, double actuated modules only have about half the rated torque avalable n ths area. An external stop can be used to provde the full torque even n the end postons. Travel to the pneumatc mddle poston: s carred out usng only half of the nomnal torque. Cycle tme: s the rotaton tme of pnon / flange around the nomnal rotaton angle. Valve swtchng tmes, hose fllng tmes, or PLC reacton tmes are not a part of ths and are to be consdered when cycle tmes are calculated.
