Festival Passes and Tickets to all Bentonville Film Festival events are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Festival Passes / Single Tickets may not be sold or reproduced under any circumstances. All ticket holders and passholders must be seated fifteen (15) minutes prior to the schedule start time. After this time, open seats will be released. Rush policy: Limited tickets are often available immediately prior to sold-out shows because of "no-show" ticket holders. Anyone who wants to attend one of the sold-out shows must be at the respective theater before the show begins, and must be seated immediately as tickets become available at the door. Rush lines will form at a designated location at the appropriate venue one hour before the schedule start time. Service charges may apply to the individual ticket sales. Entry to the Filmmaker Lounge is subject to capacity.
