Track (Per Hour) $32.40 $33.40 XIII. UNUSUAL USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES Rates for unsual use shall be determined by the using this adopted schedule as a guide. Unusual use use includes, but is not limited to, use of air-conditioned facilities on non-school days. Organizations or groups utilizing air-conditioned facilities on non-school days will be charged costs to cover the utility cost of this service. The cost is computed on the basis of the difference between SDG&E commercial rate estimates for air-conditioned and non air-conditioned spaces. XIV. CARPETED AREAS An additional $7.00 fee will be added to the overall cost of any facility that is carpeted. XV. MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES 7

A. A non-refundable fee of $10.00 is charged for issuance of each permit. In the event that any permit spans more than 30 days, a monthly fee of $10.00 will apply. B. A fee of $5.00 will be assessed for any change to permit exceeding one per calendar month. C. A charge of $15.00 will effect all refunds. D. Hourly custodial charges will be assessed, as needed, when attendance exceeds 25 participants. 8
