Sample Questions from Event 1. How does the polarimetric image of a pedestrian differ from that of a car?. When I see these dimensions, what is the operating frequency? 3. Is the beam scanned electronically in AZ on receive and illuminated fully on transmit with no scanning? 4. Is it required to have RH and LH polarizations or just linear polarization would work as long as you use the method of cross polarization? 5. What are the profile limitations for this sensing? For example cross sections of glass panes wires, etc. Can these be picked up by the signal? 6. Is it possible to use this type radar witout target confirmation by camera? 7. It was mentioned that object classification was lower at scan angles. What specific scan angles are achievable? 8. This appears to be relatively short range. The vehicles on the side of the road do not appear. How does this work for longer range, i.e., high speed driving?
