Submission of digital files or materials that are not press-optimized PDFs (such as PSD, TIF, or EPS files) must be approved by the Advertising Coordinator and received three business days prior to the press-ready materials deadline. Charges for conversion of all materials to press-ready PDFs will be assessed separately and added to space rate charges. We do not accept Word Documents. Resolution: 300 dpi All illustrations and photographs in ad materials, including logos and embedded elements, should have a resolution of 300 dpi or more at the final size when printed. Maximum color / ink density: 300% (the added levels of all four process colors in one area) Include crop marks for all advertisements with bleed. Failure to do so may result in your advertisement being set as non-bleed. Please set crop marks to offset 0.125 inches. All fonts must be embedded or outlined.
