TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 11 th INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION FOR WIND INSTRUMENTS 23 25.11.2017 Categies: trumpet, french hn, trombone, tube 1. The 11 th International Competition f Wind Instruments, hereinafter referred to as The Competition, is ganized by the P.S.M. im. R. Bukowskiego, Podwale 68/69 in Wrocław, Poland. 2. The 11 th International Competition f Wind Instruments is open to all students attending secondary music school of all nationalities, as well as domestic one. The Competition is included in the calendar of artistic education of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in Poland. 3. The auditions will be held from 23 November to 25 November 2017. 4. Participants will be judged in separate categies. The Competition is carried out though one stage. 5. The Competition Jury will be ganized by The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. 6. The chairman and the member of the Jury may not be a person, whose pupils take part in the Competition. 7. The Jury will assess the perfmances of the participants based on a point system with a scale of 1-25 points. 8. The winners will receive a certificate and prizes which are decided by the Jury. 9. The Jury has the right to award the participant with Grand Prix Award. 10. The winners are obliged to perfm in the Final Concert. The Final Concert will take place 25 November 2017. The program of the Final Concert is determined by the Jury. 11. The decisions of the Jury are final and cannot be contested.

The presentation exceeding obligaty time may be interrupted. 14. The auditions are open to the public. 15. Lack of payment will result in expulsion from competition. 17. The der in which competits are to perfm is determinated by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to change the course of the Competition, in case of unpredicted circumstances. 18. The schedule of participant s perfmances will be included in the school website by 16 November 2017. 19. The participants are perfming with their own accompanists. 20. Participants are responsible f their lodging and alimentation, and that of any persons accompanying them. They and their accompanists are responsible f their own travel arrangements, to and from the competition. 21. Registration f the competition is tantamount to acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Application f participation in the Competition is also the consent to the public perfmance of music compositions during the final concert, audio and video recding and processing of personal data by the Competition Organizer, based on Art. 23 section 1 subsection 1 and section 2 of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Dz.
