THE MEDIA LAUNCH Grazia Spain is one of the first editions conceived as a crossmedia product. Its easy chic philosophy embraces both the print and digital worlds and reaches across multiple media. www.grazia.es, which shares the same precision and seriousness of the weekly magazine, is continuously updated and also provides access to online shopping. Its section El armario de Grazia is a full list of all the clothes appearing in Grazia. This search tool gives the viewer access to all garments listed by category. The user just has to click a link to go directly to the online shop and buy the selected item. Right from its launch, Grazia has a mobile phone app and the complete and enhanced issue is also readable on ipad and Smart phone apps.

The Brigada de la Moda and Graziabranded gold balloons were the protagonists of the fashion shows. february 05 launch of of the blog Making Grazia waiting for the website... Grazia s everywhere! FEBRUARY 11 A web campaign on major Spanish portals and website in line with the Grazia target. It consisted of display advertising plus SEM: Grazia Spain bought 385 key words and got 5MM impressions with this display campaign. Launch of the Grazia Spain website: grazia.es FEBRUARY 12 A 7-week TV ad campaign. One 20-second TV commercial and two 10-second ads with over 1,300 GRPS s of core target. The outdoor campaign covered more than 4,700 poster spaces on a national circuit. Grazia Spain also had 250 digital screens in shopping malls for 2 weeks. February 13 (the launch day)...and bloggers hearts!!! Grazia hits the newsstands... The web series Bloguera en construcción, composed of three chapters, was a huge success. The series is about a female journalist who was asked to become a successful blogger and explains how she handled this new role. The protagonist is Leticia Dolera, a very popular actress in Spain. The first two chapters had nearly 20,000 viewings. The campaign involved more than 21,000 national newsstands, with special Grazia displays at the most visible 100 newstands in Madrid and Barcelona for 4 weeks after the launch. In points of sale, special displays in SGEL for 7 weeks (mainly airports and longdistance train stations), and VIPS (local store chains in Madrid).
To celebrate the launch the day before copies of Grazia Spain filled the newsstands, Grazia Spain organized a huge party with a fashion/circus theme. Seven hundred guests were invited to Teatro Price in Madrid for an Oscar-worthy evening with actresses, models, and presenters. Everyone was fascinated and enchanted by the fashion images on the panels lining the room and by Charo s speech, Grazia s Editor-in-chief, who gave a wonderful welcome to the new magazine.
