City staff has prformd an initial assssmnt of fasibility and idntifid an initial scop and budgt for ach proposd improvmnt. Th Visitacion Vally Library was fundd in part through this impact f. Th impact fs collctd must b spnt within 250 ft of th boundary ara (s map blow), so all improvmnts stay in th local community. Funds can b spnt on capital infrastructur improvmnts only. Thy cannot b usd for maintnanc, oprating costs, or programs.
