Realize of the potential and benefits of E-book a publishing team of Majlis Konvokesyen Kolej Komuniti Negeri Sembilan, Melaka dan Johor 2016 had decided to develop the convocation program book to E-Book Majlis Konvokesyen Kolej Komuniti. This is the first time E-Book Majlis Konvokesyen Kolej Komuniti have been create for the convocation ceremony. E-Book Majlis Konvokesyen Kolej Komuniti helped overcoming some issue during the preparation for the convocation ceremony. As any people have considered purchasing a smart phone and tablet device for personal use or work, it might be the best and easier platform to view the convocation program book thru their device with E-book. Overall, the team believes that replace the convocation program book to E-book for the next graduation ceremony to be success, and as people will continue using technologies devices in the future and more. 171
Problem Statement There are some issues regarding to publish the convocation program books: 1. The limitation of financial provision for printing convocation program books. 2. The printed program books are limited to graduates and VIP only. 3. Because of the limitation copy it can t be distributed to committee members of convocation ceremony, parent, friends and relatives. Advantages & Benefits There are several advantages and benefits through the E-Book Majlis Konvokesyen Kolej komuniti application: 1. Reduse the printing cost. 2. All information regarding Convocation Program Book distributed to all involved. No limitation access because it can be displayed digitally. 3. This application is very user friendly and very easy to use. Can be used any digital platform such as smartphone, tablet, laptop and computers. 4. Very interesting rather than printed convocation program book. Giving experience of flipping book with sound effect. 5. All information can be obtained from the application in terms list of graduates each college and program s tentative. This allows parents, relatives, all graduates to get the infomation through their device. 6. Committee members of the convocation can also obtain information convocation program book before and after the ceremony. 7. E-Book Majlis Konvokesyen Kolej Komuniti can be access any times and any where. Futhermore this 172
application can be review for future memories to all the graduates. Originality 1. E-Book Majlis Konvokesyen Kolej komuniti is an ideas from Publishing and Print Media Commitee Members. 2. This is the first application covocation book developed for digital and online. 3. This application had been designed by the Publishing and Print Media Commitee Members follow the covocation s themes. Potential & Marketablity E-Book Majlis Konvokesyen Kolej Komunit have a big potential to expanded it use: 1. This application is very interesting and easy to use in any platform and can be viewed online or offline. 2. This application can replace the convocation program book to E-book for the next convocation ceremony. 3. This application is very helpful for committee members manage the covocation ceremony. Methodology Develoment Process Process to develop this E-Book refers to the ADDIE model. The process is involves the Analysis Phase, Design Phase, Development Phase, Implementation Phase and Evaluation Phase. 173

Conclusion This E-Book Majlis Konvokesyen Kolej Komuniti was developed is the best and easier to organized the convocation ceremony. Hopefully this innovations can give positive impact to all users. Overall, the team believes that replace the convocation program book to E-book for the next convocation ceremony to be success, and as people will continue using technologies devices in the future and more.
