Youngskiersfromagesofsixtosixteencompeted.Someofthemhadneverraced compe;;velybeforeandsomehadafewyearsexperience.thepretzelcoursewas laidoutmostlyinopenterrainsocheeringparents,rela;ves,friends,andcoaches couldeasilyviewmostofit.thejuniorskierscoveredaloopofapproximately250 metreswhilethecoursefortheseniorset,twelveyearsandolder,addedanother250 metreloopthatincludedalargerhilland;ghterturns.
