If the event owner / organizer wants to do badge distribution, we place a table at 3. An event roll-up can be placed next to the table. 1. 50 Signage screen (ceiling mounted) indicating the events and their rooms. The major eye catcher of this area is the central bar (1). This are contains also a lot of information booths. E.g. free internet access booth (6), IBM Kidsmarts (3 and 4), reference corner (5) Sitting corner (Simpsons - 2) Panel (7) shows a Smarter Planet theme and hides the refrigerator. In this area, five lunches can be served simultaneously. For large events the sitting corner (2) can be removed. 8. 60 Screen (wall mounted) showing current IBM themes. For a major event this screen can be used for event messaging. Screen support sound. This screen can also show TV or input displayed in a room on the ground floor (except Folon). 9. 60 Screen (wall mounted) indicating partners of the IBM Client Center. Supports sound. 10. 65 Touch Screen on wheels. Showing IBM Client Center information. Screen supports sound. Can be used as whiteboard or for interactive presentations.
