Rehearsal room can be accessible 24 hours/day. Rehearsal Room Reservations: Peggy Howard, Executive Assistant, (702) 614-8882 Rehearsal Attendant: Shaimaa El-Sayed, (702) 809-1172 The Solotech Vegas Rehearsal Room Our rehearsal facility is conveniently located 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and is accessible 24 hours/day. Solotech sells and rents audio, lighting and video gear for the entertainment industry. The room is adjacent to our warehouse, allowing immediate access to equipment and technical resources if needed. Rehearsal Room The rehearsal room is a closed off and secured extension of Solotech s warehouse. We use this room in a black box capacity. The room is 45 x 50, with 22 clearance to trusses. For performance rehearsals we put down carpeting and hang black velvet drape, making it a perfect space for rehearsals or recording. Please see the attached room plan and pictures. Three dock doors allow for easy unload of technical equipment. The room is also outfitted with air conditioning and a heat blower for temperature control (free of charge). The daily rate for the rehearsal room is $750 (a daily clean up fee is included). No audio, lighting, video, or rigging equipment is included in this daily rate. Kitchen and Restroom The kitchen is equipped with a vending machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, and unlimited filtered water. If our supplies are used in excess, you may be billed following your rental period, but this is for extreme cases only. Men s and women s restroom are located near the kitchen. Dressing/changing rooms are not provided other than the restrooms. Internet and Telephone Solotech provides a Guest wireless internet connection (free of charge) and a landline phone with this rental. Rev. 5/14
Additional Features The following features are available with the Rehearsal Room rental for an additional charge. When making your reservation, please specify which of the following you would like to add to your rental. Power Solotech has provided a multi-plug power source on the East wall of the rehearsal room, if adapters are required please notify us during business hours. If gear rental is not done directly through Solotech, an additional cost of $50/day may apply depending on usage. Total power in the room: Connections: 100A Camlocks (100A) L6-20 L5-20 Ceeform 32 A Edison Conference Room/Green Room This is a great opportunity for your group to meet and discuss the rehearsal process, as the lobby and other common areas are not to be used as a gathering place. Adjacent to the rehearsal room, the conference room is slightly isolated from the noise within the rehearsal room. The conference room is approximately 17 x 26 and is furnished with 2 conference tables and chairs. We ask that the chairs and tables are returned to the same configuration as they were upon your arrival. There is a projector and screen that is at your disposal. Please remember the projector takes a few minutes to warm-up and the VGA connection is in the north wall outlet. The daily rate for the conference room is $50. Video Telephone Conference (VTC) A video telephone conference system is available upon request. Rates will vary depending on needs and frequency. After Hours Access (after 6:00 pm) Solotech will provide one (1) attendant at the rate of $250 for 4 hours, who will be responsible for securing the rental space at the end of your day. If an extension of hours is needed, this should be communicated before noon the same day or the extension request will not be possible. Additional fees apply. Backline, Risers, Stagehands and Catering Through its partners, Solotech can also supply backline, risers, stagehands and catering for an additional charge. Rev. 5/14
There is plenty of room available for artists to set-up things as they need them. A small seating area is provided in the rehearsal room. Our conference room adjoins the rehearsal space and can be used as a green room, upon request. Rev. 5/14
