INTERNATIONAUX DE FRANCE CREDENTIAL FORM REGULATIONS FOR TV CREW ACCREDITATION 1 - DEFINITIONS. RIGHTS HOLDERS Is the term for the Media companies which have acquired broadcast rights within their own territories for the Roland Garros tournament. NON RIGHTS HOLDERS Is the term for Media companies other than the Rights Holders. TELEVISED COURTS Is the term for all tennis courts located inside the grounds and which are covered by TV (Philippe Chatrier and Suzanne Lenglen courts, plus N s 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7). 2 - ACCREDITATION REGULATIONS. NB : Please note that footage filmed inside the Roland Garros stadium may be broadcast only within the specific programmes detailed on the Survey page of your credential application form, and may not be sold to a third party without the express and exceptional authorization of the FFT. 2.1. CREWS OF RIGHTS HOLDERS The accreditation granted to the crews of Rights Holders on site enables the following access: - public places located inside the grounds; - non Televised Courts and filming of matches in progress on these courts; - training courts and filming of training sessions in progress on these courts; - interview/press conference rooms (filming is not permitted in these rooms due to space limitation - footage will however be available inside the TV compound). FFT will be available to help you with any additional filming requests you may have. 2.2. CREWS OF NON RIGHTS HOLDERS Accreditation of crews of Non Rights Holders will only be granted with the formal approval both of the Rights Holder from the relevant territory and of the FFT. In this case, the accreditation granted to the relevant crew will enable the following restricted access : - public spaces located inside the grounds; - interview/press conference rooms (filming is not permitted in these rooms due to space limitation - footage will however be available through the welcome desk of the FFT inside the TV compound at rate card costs). Any footage of any competition matches whatsoever is strictly forbidden, whatever the category and whichever the court. Permission to film training sessions must be obtained from the FFT, and will always be subject to the formal approval of the relevant Rights Holder and/or the FFT. After studying your credential request, you will be granted access on either a daily or a weekly basis. 3 - SANCTIONS. If any of the above regulations are breached, whether by Rights Holders or Non Rights Holders, the FFT reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate or necessary, including but not limited to expulsion from the grounds, temporary or permanent withdrawal of crew accreditations, and/or revocation of any advantages granted therein.
