A multiwavelength solution, operators can combine up to 16 DM2000C transmitters onto a single fiber to easily segment networks that have fiber limitations, saving time and money. The superior performance of the GX2 DM2000C allows operators to implement the transmitter in both traditional applications and Full Band applications, which include Analog + QAM channel loading up to 1 GHz as well as Full QAM loading. The GX2 DM2000C also provides operators with the ability to reclaim analog channels and scale to all digital QAM loading without having to change the transmitter. Some applications allow operators to remove EDFA amplifiers from their systems for additional savings when they migrate to an all digital network. Contact your ARRIS Representative for specific channel loading and system application. The GX2 DM2000C/10/xx series of transmitters are available in all 40 standard Dense Wavelength Division Multiple ITU grid wavelengths.
