July 2011 Events Date Location Event 07/01/11 Hall D Construction Site Subcontractor was struck on hard hat with a 2 foot hollow metal spackling rod. Subcontractor was evaluated by JLab Occupational Health Nurse and no treatment was rendered. Subcontractor returned to work with no restrictions.
