PRIORITY 3 Seated first: Donors who annually give $100 to $249 AND have 6 to 9 consecutive years of subscription history. Seated second: Subscribers with 6 to 9 consecutive years of history OR donors who annually give between $100 and $249 regardless of their subscription history.
