Ticket sales cover only 58% of our costs. By including a gift with your subscription, you help bring the arts to life on stages, in classrooms, and throughout our community. 6 QUESTIONS? ANSWERS. May I add extra tickets to my subscription on the day of a performance? Additional tickets must be purchased by noon, one business day before the performance. Your subscriber discount cannot be used at the hall or on the day of the performance. What if a performance I want to attend is sold out? Subscribers who would like to purchase tickets to sold out events or upgrade their seat locations may call the Celebrity Series to be placed on a waiting list for access to tickets returned by other subscribers. How do I use the Waiting List? Access to the waiting list is by telephone only. You may request that your name be put on the list by calling the subscription office at Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm. We will advise you at that time how to arrange payment or exchange tickets. As seats become available we will call you according to your place on the waiting list (yes, this does happen!). Waiting Lists may be limited to a certain number of households. ANY PERSON NOT LICENSED PURSUANT TO M.G.L. c. 140, 185A RESELLING ANT TICKET THAT IS PART OF A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE CELEBRITY SERIES, AND ANY PERSON SO LICENSED RESELLING THIS TICKET ON AN AUCTION WEB SITE OR IN VIOLATION OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW, IS SUBJECT TO LOSS OF AND REVOCATION OF TICKET PRIVILEGES. Subscribers whose tickets are resold in violation of these prohibitions are subject to cancellation without notice or refund. The Celebrity Series retains the right to refuse to sell tickets to any person or entity that has been, or currently is, in violation of these prohibitions. The Celebrity Series expressly prohibits the use of tickets for advertising and promotional purposes (including contests and sweepstakes or other trade purposes) without express permission.
