Until the end of the competition the contestants, their teachers and families should refrain from conversations with members of the jury. Members of the jury are not allowed to vote for their students - participants. The jury's decisions are final and not subject to appeal. The organizers do not take responsibility in the event of any unwanted incidents during the stay of the participants in the contest. AWARDS AND NAGRADІ main prize fund II International Piano Competition im.skryabina and Rachmaninov - 5000 euros / 10,000 leva. In each of the three age groups are provided by three major awards. The winners in the third age group are the winners of the contest. All participants passed the final round, the finalist will receive a diploma. Winner of the first prize in the third age group will be invited to a concert performance in Scriabin Memorial Museum or Museum A.B.Goldenveyzera apartment in Moscow, as well as - in the Russian cultural center or House of Moscow in Sofia. Established commemorative medals Scriabin Preludes for the best interpretation of the poem, Mazurok, Etudes, Sonatas and Fantasies Scriabin - memory A.Goldenveyzer, S.Feynberg, G.Neygauz, S.Richter, P.Serebryakov, V.Horowitz, V.Sofronitski, B.Merzhanov. The jury reserves the right, if necessary, divide the prizes among the participants, not to award all prizes, diplomas celebrating the best achievements of teachers. In agreement with the jury may be awarded and additional awards from individual donors and organizations. The final gala concert and awarding ceremony will be held on December 14, 2015 at 18 pm in the Great Hall of the National Academy of Music in P.Vladigerov Sofia CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION The competition is open to pianists of all nationalities in the three age groups. The entrance fee (for the first group of candidates - 30 euros for the second group - 40 euros for the third group - 50 euros) paid during registration at the Russian Cultural and Information Centre (RKIC) in Sofia. Fee is not refundable. Bidders must register before 15 hours 10 December 2015. The order of appearance of candidates is determined by drawing lots 10 December 2015 at 15.30 in RKIC and lasts until the end of the contest. All participants must be present at the meeting, which will take place after the draw. All auditions are held in public. Works performed from memory. The program should not exceed more than 1-2 minutes from the preset time. Otherwise, the jury may recommend to reduce the portion of the executable program. Each participant has the right to an acoustic rehearsal

(15 minutes) in the Concert Hall of intangible assets on a preannounced schedule and to work independently in the classroom or in the halls of the academy RKITS. According to the decision and the choice of the jury of the contest winners and students are required to perform at the final concert for free. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to broadcast the auditions and concerts on radio and television, on the distribution of audio and video without additional fee. Bidder provide their travel and living expenses and registration of passports and visas. Scriabin - several preludes (can be from different opus) Note: at the request of a participant in the program may be included one piano miniature (2 min.), Russian author, established in the nineteenth century The second age group (born after 01/01/1996) In one round (20 to 30 min.) 1. Rachmaninov - Prelude one 2. Scriabin - one Mazurka, Nocturne or Study 3. Rachmaninov - one piece at the option of the collections: Fantastic Pieces, Salon Pieces, Musical Moments, Polka or author transcription 4. Scriabin - several preludes and / or a poem (can be from different opus) Note: at the request of a participant in the program may be included one piano miniature (2 min.), Russian author, created in the twentieth century The third age group (born after 01/01/1980) First Round (15 to 20 min.) 1. Rachmaninov - one piece at the option of the Fantastic Pieces, salon pieces, musical moments or author transcription 2. Scriabin - Etude one 3. Rachmaninov - one Etude-tableau 4. Scriabin - one or two poems, or dancing, or waltz, or Nocturne Tour II (20 to 25 min.) 1. Scriabin and Rachmaninov - one to three Preludes (selection of the author at this point should be different from the choice of the author in the following paragraph) 2. Scriabin - Sonata or fantasy, or Rachmaninoff - Sonata 2 (entirely) or the I part of the Sonata 1 Note: Due to the 100th anniversary of the death of Scriabin at the participant in the program for each of the two stages may be included, and other works of the composer within the specified time.
