Welcome to the MST Subscriber Handbook! We want this information to be useful to you, so please let us know if we have missed anything, or if there is anything more you would like included. REMEMBER: Main Street Theater has TWO LOCATIONS. Our MainStage programming (for adult audiences) is presented in the Rice Village, located at 2540 Times Blvd. (77005). Our Theater for Youth programming (for family audiences) is presented at the MATCH (the Midtown Arts and Theater Center of Houston), located at 3400 Main St. (77002). Below you will find information about our productions, ticket exchanges and other useful information. BOX OFFICE INFORMATION Phone Number 713-524-6706. Hours (Subject to Change): Monday and Tuesday: 10 am to 3 pm. Wednesday through Saturday: 10 am to 5 pm (until 6 pm on performance evenings). Sunday: 10 am to 3 pm (on performance days). Our Main Box Office is located at 3400 Main Street (in the MATCH). Parking in the area is limited, so we encourage our patrons to call or buy tickets online. There is no extra charge for ordering/exchanging tickets over the phone.

PERFORMANCE DAYS AND TIMES. All evening performances begin at 7:30 pm unless otherwise indicated. Matinee performances begin at 3:00 pm. Evening performances are typically Thursday Saturday with matinees on Sunday. Extra performances may be added as demand and the schedule permit. Check the website for more information. Sunday Performances begin at 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm. Saturday and Holiday* Performances begin at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. *Special performances may be available during school holidays. Check the website for more information. TICKET EXCHANGE GUIDELINES MST offers free ticket exchanges to its subscribers. All exchanges are subject to seat availability. Upgrade Fees may apply. Tickets may be exchanged according to the following guidelines: Tickets must be exchanged at least 2 hours prior to curtain time for the ticketed performance and may be exchanged for any future performance or production. All exchanges from a REGULAR performance to another performance are free. A per ticket upgrade of $15.00 will be applicable for all PREVIEW tickets exchanged to a REGULAR performance. This is a one-time upgrade per performance. If you are requesting subsequent exchanges and have already paid the upgrade fee for the specific production, please help our box office remember. All exchanges from a REGULAR performance to another performance are free. A per ticket upgrade will apply if exchanging your tickets to our Summer Season Extra or a special event that includes the performance. You may exchange tickets by phone by calling the MST Box Office at 713-524-6706 or by filling out the exchange request form online at mainstreettheater.com.

Tickets exchanged more than 7 days prior to the performance date will be mailed unless otherwise instructed. Tickets exchanged within 7 days or less from the performance date will be held at will call for pickup. PLEASE NOTE: Tickets cannot be exchanged once the production has closed and all exchanges must happen prior to the performance listed on the ticket. PARKING TICKETS If you know you cannot attend your ticketed performance, but do not know when you can reschedule, you can Park your tickets to exchange later. Contact us 2 hours prior to your ticketed performance and we will release your tickets, placing them on open call. This gives you time to identify a new date to attend. MainStage Preview subscribers: Upgrade fees will apply if you reschedule for a REGULAR performance. To reschedule your tickets, please call the box office prior to the closing of the ticketed production. For example, tickets parked for Enemies must be moved to an alternate performance of the same show or to a performance of a different show prior to the close of the production on October 15, 2017. Once the show closes, you cannot use your parked tickets. TICKET DONATIONS If you cannot attend a performance and does not wish to exchange your tickets, the tickets may be donated for a tax credit. Simply call the MST ticket office at least 2 hours before the performance printed on the ticket.

MISSED PERFORMANCES REPLACEMENT TICKETS Due to royalty and financial guidelines, tickets held for a specific performance cannot be exchanged after the performance date or after the closing of the production. Here are the options available for using those tickets for a future performance of the same show. Replacement Tickets at the door If tickets are available, replacement tickets may be purchased at the door at the following rates: $10 per ticket $5 per ticket We recommend that you phone the ticket office in advance to check on availability. We will give the most accurate information we can, but cannot guarantee that tickets will be available at show time. If the performance is SOLD OUT, we can put your name on the Waiting List. Waiting List patrons have priority on purchasing standby tickets when they become available, 30 minutes before curtain. If we are unable to seat you, we will refund the cost of your replacement tickets, or you may exchange them for a future performance of the same production for guaranteed seating. Exchanges must be completed at that time. Half-Price Tickets If you prefer to secure seating in advance, replacement tickets may be purchased for half the current single ticket price. Replacement tickets are subject to availability.

PARKING MST recommends that you arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time to park in the area and arrive at the theater before curtain time. There is limited late seating once the show starts. MainStage Rice Village 2540 Times Blvd. STREET PARKING Theatergoers can use street parking during all MST performances. Please read street signs carefully. MOST posted 2 hour limits are ONLY for Monday through Saturday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Off street parking is available on Times Blvd. as long as the business is closed. Limited Handicap Parking may be found directly in front of the theater. THE VILLAGE PARKWAY (controlled by both Lamesa and Trademark Properties) will be metered parking. Rates start at $1.00 per hour and cap out at $10.00 for 4 or more hours (on weekends). Paid in advance by credit or debit card. THE RICE VILLAGE DISTRICT will be metered parking (at the rates above via Trademark Properties) located around the Rice Village District shopping center. At Kelvin and Amherst are entrances to the "Rice Village District" parking garage and roof top parking (above the West building that faces Kirby). The first 2 hours are free (no validation needed) and cap out at $5.00 for 4 or more hours. Theater for Youth The MATCH 3400 Main St. STREET PARKING There are several street parking spots available near the MATCH. Some areas are free and some are metered (Free on Sundays). Please be observant of all parking signage. MID-MAIN GARAGE Located directly south of the MATCH, across Holman. The garage is open at 5:30 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am on weekends. Until the garage is fully complete, it will be cash only. $5 - $10 fee depending on length of stay. Mid-Main Development has a surface lot available on Holman (at Main Street), across from Trinity Church. The lot is open after 5:30 pm on weekdays, all day Saturday and after 2:00 pm on Sundays. Please observe signage restrictions for reserved spaces. $5 fee. Cash Only. The Metro Light Rail makes a stop a halfblock south of the MATCH at the Ensemble Theatre Station. Please always remember to LOCK your car, TAKE your keys, and HIDE your belongings. Main Street Theater is not responsible for damages or theft.
