Exhibitor Prospectus Launching Innovation. Defining Success. November 4 6, 2010 Orlando, Florida swe.org/we10

About SWE Women of courage and vision founded the Society of Women Engineers in 1950. These trailblazers nurtured an organization that empowers women engineers to advance and achieve in a male-dominated industry. Today we continue to contribute our authentic views to grow the Society and further our mission of establishing engineering as a highly desirable career choice for women. And to ensure we stay on the right course, we celebrate our past, present and future successes every step of the way.

WE10: Celebrating a Milestone in Orlando WE10 is the culmination of our yearlong SWE60 Anniversary Celebration. Throughout this landmark conference, participants will draw from the energy of SWE s past, present and future successes to advance the world of technology. WE Are Heating Up Engineering and Technology in Orlando Warm and sunny Orlando, known as The City Beautiful, welcomes millions of visitors each year. In 2010 Orlando will also roll out the red carpet for more than 6,000 women engineers and technologists eager to launch innovation and define success at WE10. Just a short distance from Florida s Space Coast home to the internationally known Kennedy Space Center the Orlando area is an aviation and aerospace industry hub. The City Beautiful is also a vibrant center for digital media, agritechnology, biotechnology, and is one of the fastest growing high-technology centers in the nation. WE10 participants can experience first-hand why Orlando is the third most-visited city in the United States. In addition to world-famous attractions and entertainment, visitors can indulge in a wide variety of restaurants, museums and shopping. SWE60 Anniversary Celebration WE10 will mark the finale of our yearlong SWE60 Anniversary Celebration commemorating 60 years of inspiring perspectives and defining success on our own terms. Participants will share their many different stories of success and explore SWE s role in expanding future definitions. SWE60 will inspire and raise the enthusiasm level among conference participants, adding to the already high energy of WE10.

The Smart Choice for a Significant Return In today s economic climate, a strong ROI is more important than ever. There is no better place than SWE s Annual Conference to cost-effectively recruit top talent, make a lasting impact on a key industry audience, and to secure professional development for your women engineers. Benefit From the Many Levels of Impact Participating in WE10 as an exhibitor, sponsor or session presenter allows you to connect with more than 6,000 motivated engineering and technology professionals, collegians and educators. With your organization strongly behind WE10 and prominently in front of this key audience, you ll help shape the industry with the events you make possible and the leading-edge knowledge you supply. Your support of WE10 demonstrates your support of our mission. Together we will further establish engineering as an attractive career choice for women, which will keep the engineering pipeline full of quality engineers with diverse perspectives. In addition to participating as an exhibitor, sponsor or presenter, one of the biggest WE10 returns comes from sending your women engineers to the conference. In fact, our exhibitor packages include a number of full conference registrations that you can share with your employees. Your organization will greatly benefit from our comprehensive offering of networking, professional development and innovative sessions that will increase your engineers skills and their motivation to work smarter and more efficiently. Intel is a leader in innovative technologies, due to our strong global, diverse workforce. SWE s Annual Conference is one cost-effective place to recruit talented leaders and to obtain professional development and other support for our women engineers. Each year the talent pool seems to expand and the learning opportunities increase, making participation a solid investment year after year.
