SHOW OF THE WEEK Participating shows see an average of 72% increase in tickets sales and a shift in popularity of 8 positions. A free of charge opportunity offered on a first come, first served basis. Shows are required to allocate at least 10 tickets per performance to qualify. As Show Of The Week you get: A0 Poster - site with Show Of The Week branding (artwork template provided upon booking). Queue Signs - with a TKTS staff member s recommendation of the show. Website Banner - on OfficialLondonTheatre.com/TKTS. Spec: W 1200px x W 300px (210px from top to show main image, 90px from bottom will diplay our text overlay, Show Of The Week - Show Title ). Social Media - coverage throughout the week, including competitions if desired. Provide us with any relevant content and T&Cs. Shows are also able to takeover the booth at their own cost. All plans must be pre-approved.
MEMBER REQUIREMEN TS All productions in theatres represented in Full Membership of Society of London Theatre (SOLT) are obliged for the duration of their run to place and pay for: A classified listing in the London Theatre Guide (LTG). Full member 159 +VAT, Affiliate member 59.50 +VAT A listing in each of the newspaper listings organised by SOLT (currently Sunday Times 60 +VAT, Daily Mail 78.50 +VAT and Mail on Sunday 79 +VAT ). The only exceptions to this rule are: Productions where the total number of performances is less than 30. Theatres in Full Membership of SOLT with a seating capacity of 400 or less (SOLT levy Band AA). Continued participation by these theatres in the LTG & Listings is encouraged but not obligatory. Children s shows will receive a 50% discount if it: Has a performance length (including any interval) of less than 90 mins and is specifically targeted to children under 10.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS London Theatre Guide booking cancellations must be made within 3 days of copy/ artwork deadline otherwise you will still be charged for the space. All other bookings cancelled less than 7 days from the send date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any outdoor or Show Of The Week bookings at TKTS must include an allocation of tickets to sell during the run of the advertisement. If the ticket allocation runs out we will remove all reference to the show including queue signs, A0 posters and online via our website and social media. This is to avoid customer disappointment. London Theatre Guide additional feature on Theatre Tickets webpage is only applicable to shows selling via OfficialLondonTheatre.com.
