PREFACE Dear client, We would like to help you with your event preparations here at the Circus Building. We have therefore made a presentation that showcases your digital possibilities and thereby helps you design your event. Don t hesitate to contact the event team regarding technical specifications. COMMON ISSUES In our experience, the technical product can make the difference between an average event and an outstanding event. Therefore we would like to receive all you need to use for your event before the event or at least a test of your production to make sure that all of it is running okay. A test with our technical team can be arranged. Remember to book the test according to the time schedule in the planning overview and to arrange the test in time to be able to redo it in case some of the technical products do not work. Please note the most common issues: Apple We are not able to run any Apple programs or non-apple programs saved on a Mac formatted USB. If you have a normal presentation you can of course run your presentation from your own mac. In that case please remember your computer and connecter. A production made to the wrong screen Please look in the index to find the correct screen information. In your contract you can read about technical programming and problem solving. Music delivered on CD s or on a media player We have to be able to put your music files into our rundown system. This means that we have to receive the music on an USB/drive or a file from Dropbox. Please look at note 1 again. Please note that if our crew is responsible for running your show it will take our video technician approximately 30-60 minutes to put your content together for displaying on our screens. This means in order to give you the best rehearsal and event possible the team needs to have your production immediately at arrival in addition to have the time for it scheduled. Please deliver the production on an USB/drive If you deliver your production via Dropbox in advance we can download it. If we have to download it from Dropbox on the day of the event, we can t tell you how long it will take to download and upload you production to our system. We will put together your content in the order you have told us. If you during rehearsal find that another solution is more efficient, be aware that we may have to put it in again. Therefore, it is important that you inform us of this no later than 30-60 minutes before the door opens to the main room. LED SIDE SCREENS IN THE CIRCUS HALL There are 2 side LED screens one placed on each side of the stage. Each screen is 6.5 meters wide and 4 meters high. The screens resolution is 1.664 x 1.024 px ( i.e. 16:9 ) but can handle up to 1.920 x 1.080 px. Please read the general LED screen specification on page 7. We would like to test your production with you. This test can only be done Tuesday to Saturday between 10 am - 4 pm and has to be done no later than 14 days before your event. LED MIDDLE FRONT SCREEN The screen is 6,5 meters wide and 5 meters high. The screens resolution is 1.664 x 1.280 px (approx. 4:3 ) but can handle content up to 1.920 x 1.080 px. Please read the general LED screen specification on page 7. Please note that if you plan to use the full stage, you cannot use this screen at the same time. The screen is located just behind the stage curtain. We would like to test your production with you. This test can only be done Tuesday to Saturday between 10 am - 4 pm and has to be done no later than 14 days before your event. BACK LED SCREEN The screen is divided into one center screen in back of the stage and 3 pillars on each side. This screen cannot be used at the same time as the normal front screen. It takes 1 minute to change from using this screen to be able to use the front screen again. See images on the next page. We have some preparations with this screen.
