Bali, September 22-23, 2018 GUIDELINES There are 2 group of categories with respectice age groups: (based on Sep 22, 2018) A. YOUNG ARTIST categories A below 10 y.o born after 23.09.2008 B below 13 y.o born after 23.09.2005 C below 17 y.o born after 23.09.2001 D below 23 y.o born after 23.09.1995 B. GENERAL categories A below 9 y.o born after 23.09.2009 B below 12 y.o born after 23.09.2006 C below 15 y.o born after 23.09.2003 D below 17 y.o born after 23.09.2001 E below 19 y.o born after 23.09.1999 F below 21 y.o born after 23.09.1997 The competition comprises of 4 age groups in YOUNG ARTIST category and 6 age groups in GENERAL category. Please refer to the page Repertoire for the list of repertoire required for each entry. The competition consists of two rounds (preliminary & final) in all categories.
GENERAL category: competitor must play 1 piece in preliminary round and 1 piece in final round. YOUNG ARTIST category: competitor must play 2 pieces in preliminary round and 2 pieces in final round. Competitor may apply for several entries, as well as in Young Artist Category and in General Category, within his/her age group and/or the age group one level up. All pieces MUST be played from memory. Repetitions should be omitted. Free choice of repertoire should be chosen within the required periods and maximum duration. Failure to observe this rule may lead to disqualification of the competitor. Repertoire submitted CANNOT be changed. Otherwise the organizer has the right to disqualify competitor. The competition is open to pianists of all nationalities. All information submitted must be correct and true. Otherwise the organizer has the right to disqualify competitor. Application fee is absolutely non-refundable. By applying into the competition, online or manually, competitor automatically understands, accepts and agrees to the terms, conditions and rules of the competition. PRIZES All competitors shall receive a participant certificate. The jury will announce 3 winners for each age group of category, plus 3 additional winners at category A E, except for category F, which will be 3 winners only.

A land tour package to one of best destinations in Indonesia for winner(s) of D category *terms and conditions apply. JUDGMENT Decisions of the juries are final and not revocable. The jury has the right to add and to remove certain prizes when needed. If one or more jury members have been teaching a competitor continuously within the last 1 (one) year, he/she or they will be excluded from grading the performance of respective competitor. Notes of judgment from the jury WILL BE DISTRIBUTED once the competition finalizes.
COPYRIGHT All rights of the performances, broadcasting, recording, filming and photography in the competition belong to the organizer. APPLICATION FEE A. APPLICATION & BALLOTING PROCEDURE 1. Applications deadline: September 5, 2018 2. Please visit: www.opusnusantara.com for online application. 3. Register your name (for teacher) / music school. 4. Go to BIOPC poster and click register here. 5. Fill in the data of each candidate. 6. Prepare 1 picture of each candidate and scan/copy of birth certificate. 7. E-mail with information about application fees will be sent to competitor. 8. If you wish to add more participant(s), please go to My Registration. 9. Kindly transfer the fund to CIMB NIAGA account number 702509341500 (Eleonora Aprilita). 10. Confirm your payment in My Registration. 11. E-mail with confirmation of payment will be sent. 12. On September 9, 2018 e-mail with detailed practical information and schedules will be sent to competitor, including the balloting procedure. 13. Once you receive the e mail, you can do balloting via My Registration. On the competition day On the competition day, competitor needs to confirm him-/herself at the venue, with the schedule stated on the e mail. Please bring along: Original identification card in form of birth certificate or passport or ID card to be shown. 3 copies of all scorers with entry category written on top right of the first page (e.g. General A / Young Artist B). The copies will be given to the jury members.
