Make friends, and bring your passion for singing! We welcome you! How can we keep from singing? The answer is... We can t. Since 1982, singers from around the country have attended the Green Lake Choral Institute and returned year after year. Sir David Willcocks led the choir for the first 20 years. His rich tradition continues with Dr. Stephen Alltop, who leads the choir in learning and performing all kinds of choral music with orchestra! You ll make life-long friends and enjoy exquisite performances by members of the Chicago Symphony, the Apollo, and the Grant Park Choruses. As a bonus, you get to spend free time in beautiful Green Lake, Wisconsin s vacation paradise. Eligibility We welcome individuals 18 years of age and older with recent choral experience. Exceptional students under the age of 18 may be accepted by audition. Scholarships available based on need.
