Or, you may eed a report to fid out the coditio of a istallatio after a flood or fire, or at the ed of the period recommeded i a previous electrical certificate or report. The five mai aims of a coditio report are to: 1 record the results of the ispectio ad testig to make sure the electrical istallatio is safe to be used util the ext ispectio (followig ay work eeded to make it safe); 2 fid ay damage ad wear ad tear that might affect safety, ad report it; 3 fid ay parts of the electrical istallatio that do ot meet the IET Wirig Regulatios; 4 help fid aythig that may cause electric shocks ad high temperatures, which ca lead to deaths, burs, fires ad other ijuries; ad 5 provide a importat record of the istallatio at the time of the ispectio, ad for ispectio ad testig i the future.
