This Amendment is binding when countersigned by Client provided that Client has not made any changes to this Amendment. If Client modifies this Amendment, this Amendment shall be null and void. This Amendment is only valid if signed and returned to Clarivate on or before the date which is within ninety (90) days of Clarivate signature of the Amendment. Clarivate may, at its sole discretion, accept the Amendment if signed by Client after such date but is under no obligation to do so. If this Amendment is signed after the above-mentioned date, no legally binding agreement shall come into existence unless and until this Amendment is accepted by Clarivate.
