1 SUMMARY Hagan Carlile is a Creative Director, Media Producer and Entrepreneur with a broad range of experience that spans software design, content development, post-production, visual effects and marketing. ( ) Role: Advanced Media Producer, Creative Director At ARHT Media, as Creative Director + Advanced Media Producer, Hagan Carlile continued to work in the field of holographics projections. VIEW DEMO ARHT Media advanced a system that allowed a live holographic video to be beamed to various display points worldwide. This allowed live presenters to appear in locations simultaneously, without the expense of travel, while reaching a significantly larger audience. Live productions were delivered for celebrities such as Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuk, Jeffrey Gundlach and various others. In addition to live productions, ARHT Media produced various stand alone productions for clients including Warren Buffet, Notorious B.I.G, Ron Clark, Stephen Hawking, Da Vinci Exhibition, Ronnie DIO and Christian Dior. ( ) Role: Co-Founder, Executive Producer, Creative Director Hagan Carlile designed and engineered the patent pending ParaMotion Holographic technology and ShowBox Products for Rose and Thistle Media Inc. From its initial prototype to its full scale life-size installation at Film Port Studios in Toronto, Canada, Hagan designed proprietary techniques to overcome various limitations inherent in other holographic systems on the market. As Creative Director, Hagan was responsible for holographic and projection mapping content creation for all in-house and client projects. VIEW DEMO NOTABLE PROJECTS: QUEST BEYOND THE STARS: PBS Special A multi-media Holographic Music Performance of Vincent-Starry Starry Night by Meav Ni Mhaolchatha and Charlie Siam arranged by legendary composer Craig Leon. This holographic presentation enthralled audiences at the PBS Convention in Denver, where it was showcased in TOUR OF HUMANITY: CHRIS HADFIELD HOLOGRAPHIC MESSAGE A Holographic display of astronaut Chris Hadfield was created for a 2 year Touring Exhibit promoting science education in Canada. DELEBRITY INC.: FRANK SINATRA A life sized hologram of Frank Sinatra was designed for Delebrity Inc. to showcase the Holographic ParaMotion technology for live performance in Las Vegas. HOLT RENFREW: 175th Anniversary For the 175th Anniversary of luxury fashion retailer Holt Renfrew Limited Hagan created a massive (165ft x 40ft façade; 6500 sqft.) 9-minute 4K IMAX video projection which conformed to the 700+ tile façade of their internationally recognized flagship store. This event was complimented with a custom holographic window display operating in reverse parallax. At the Digital Signage Expo 2013 (DSE), in Las Vegas, this project was a Gold Winner for Content and a Bronze WInner for Technical Innovation. The annual DSE Content Awards honor innovative and compelling content created for digital signage and digital out-of-home networks, including both ad-supported and non-ad supported digital place-based networks 03

4 Dimension 3 Productions Ltd. ( ) Role: Co-Founder, Executive Producer Mr. Carlile founded D3P in conjunction with industry pioneers Bill White (3DCC, William F. White Intl.), Ron Clifton (IDC, Sensio) and Lacia Kornylo (3DCC, Alliance Atlantis) in order to originate and distribute 3D content to the rapidly expanding stereoscopic market. D3P has developed strategic relationships with various prestigious events venues; 3D technology providers and international 3D distribution networks (Theatrical and IPTV) to provide turnkey stereoscopic 3D production services with an initial focus on live 3D events. ( ) Role: Technical Digital Consultant and Project Developer FXSMITH is the make-up effects company, established by legendary effects pioneer and inventor, Gordon Smith. FXSMITH is responsible for notable films such as X-Men (1&2), K19, JFK, Platoon, Johnny Mnemonic and Jacobs Ladder. Mr. Carlile was responsible for working with Mr. Smith in upgrading and integrating new digital tools, workflows and personnel into the existing processes. 6 Theatre D Digital ( ) Role: Head of Development, Marketing and Production Theatre D Digital (TDD) is a world-renowned digital post-production & exhibition facility located in two Historic Theatres in Toronto- The Regent and The Royal. By restoring and upgrading these landmarks with state-of-the-art projection technology, direct-to-theatre post-production suites and an integrated mixing & recording stage; TDD has created a unique environment that has attracted a client list of A-list feature filmmakers (Atom Egoyan, David Cronenburg, Michael Mann, James Cameron), studios and broadcasters. Mr. Carlile was brought into the company to develop business opportunities and initiate a new brand and marketing program. (1995-present) Role: Founder, Creative Director CPI started as a new media company called Softlight Inc. founded by the Carlile Family. Softlight started out with 4 employees and grew to a team of over 40 developers. Softlight Inc. focused on developing and designing advanced educational, project management, as well as medical and billing, software. Softlight Inc. specialized in the development and the design of training materials and educational content with sophisticated evaluation systems for a wide range of online applications. Softlight holds worldwide patents on its innovative educational software. Softlight also provided branding & communications services for the enterprise, education and entertainment industries. Clients included the Treasury Board of Canada, Bell, Ontario Science Centre.
